The North Central Presidents-Elect Training Seminar is an annual training event for incoming presidents and presidents-elect in Districts 5960 (MN/WI), 5950 (MN), 5970 (IA).
The 2010-2011 PETS event will be held at the Airport Hilton in Bloomington, MN on Friday, February 26th and Saturday February 27th, 2010. We have an exciting line-up of presenters and breakout sessions that will help you become the best Rotary Club president you can be!
We are honored to be featuring a keynote presentation from Rotary International President-elect Ray Klinginsmith on Friday evening. Other great speakers include Mary Beth Growney-Selene from the The Rotary Foundation, public image expert Jennifer Jones, and motivational speaker Thom Winninger.
Sprinkled throughout the agenda will be inspiring and informative breakout sessions organized by district, by club size, and by topic. You will have ample opportunity to connect with other incoming presidents throughout our region and will leave with new ideas and new tools for success. The Airport Hilton is conveniently located within walking distance to the Metro Transit Hiawatha Line Light Rail system, with stops including both downtown Minneapolis and the world-famous Mall of America. Also nearby is the Waterpark of America, where your family can enjoy amazing water features, an arcade and a spa.
Adult guests are also welcome to attend any of the training seminars and keynote speakers. Guests will be charged a per-meal cost for only the meals they wish to attend, and must be registered for meals in advance.
