Guests are asked to make hotel reservations directly with the Airport Hilton. Please be sure to ask for our special group rate of $99 per night for a standard double room. When registering for your hotel room online, please enter the code ROT in the "Group/Convention Code" field in order to receive our group rate.

In an effort to make the trip up and back more relaxed and enjoyable District 5970 has chartered a motor coach for all the Presidents-elect, spouses, and other interested parties. The bus will start its journey in Dubuque and pick up riders along the way at predetermined spots and times. Pick-up spots along the way include, Manchester, Independence, Elk Run Heights (Waterloo area), Waverly, Charles City, and Clear Lake. This will be an excellent opportunity to get to know the other Presidents-elect from around the District. Making new friends on the way will make the time spent at PETS more fun and productive. Who knows, perhaps some inter-Club activites will be arise from the networking that occurs on the trip. The round trip price per person will be $70.
