The North Central Presidents-Elect Training Seminar is an annual training event for incoming presidents and presidents-elect in Districts 5950 (MN), 5960 (MN/WI), 5970 (IA), 6000 (IA).

NCPETS 2012

Online registration is now closed. You can register in the North Lobby of the Mayo Civic Center during the following times:

  • Thursday 9:30am - 7:00pm
  • Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
  • Saturday 7:00am - 9:00am
Payment is due at the time of registration.

The 2012-2013 PETS event will be held at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN, March 1st through 3rd, 2012.

  • 7:15 A.M. TO 8:00 A.M - Welcome District Breakfasts; Buffet service in the Plenary Hall (Exhibit IV) off North Lobby
  • 8:00 A.M. - 8:15 A.M. - 15-minute break, North Lobby
  • 8:15 A.M. TO 11:45 A.M. - Opening District Sessions;(with break) Individual District Opening Sessions. The following meeting rooms are located on the west side of the Mayo Civic Center, adjacent to the Skyway to the Hotels. These sessions will be facilitated by both your DGE and your District Trainer:

  • 12:00 P.M. - Plenary #1: General Multi-District Luncheon with Keynote Speaker, Rotary International Director-Elect, Zones 28-29, Mary Beth Growney Selene, Plenary Hall (Exhibit IV) off North Lobby

Facilitators will be trainers from each of our four districts. Presidents Elect are urged to "follow" your own Assistant Governor (AG) in groups, from session to session.
    • 1:30 P.M. - 2:30 P.M. - Round 1: Supporting and Strengthening Clubs
    • 2:30 P.M. - 2:40 P.M. - 10-minute break, North Lobby
    • 2:40 P.M. - 3:40 P.M. - Round 2: Focus on and Increase Humanitarian Service
    • 3:40 P.M. - 3:50 P.M. - 10-minute break, North Lobby
    • 3:50 p.m. - 4:50 P.M. - Round 3: Enhance Public Image and Awareness
